Blockhead Garage Service Policies:

Please read the following shop policies carefully. Approval of an estimate implies understanding and acceptance of the policies below. No exceptions will be made.

All services are by appointment only. To request service, fill out our Service Request Form or give us a call at 386-320-0639. A service request submission does not guarantee scheduling. 

Deposit Policy

All scheduled services are subject to a minimum $150.00 non-refundable deposit, due at the time of scheduling.

Services needing a parts order will require that that the parts be paid for upfront in full as the deposit.

Services where the parts are being provided by the customer will require a $150 non-refundable deposit that will be applied toward the cost of labor.

Parts returns or cancelled service that required a parts order are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made within a 72 hour minimum period before any scheduled service.

As stated in our Deposit Policy, all service and parts deposits are non-refundable, even if you cancel your requested service.

We will do our best to accommodate a rescheduling request, but we cannot guarantee immediate availability.

Drop Off Policy

As mentioned above, all services are by appointment only. 

Motorcycles scheduled for service must be dropped off at the date and time agreed upon during the scheduling process. For safety and workflow reasons, customers may not wait in the premises for their service to be completed.

Blockhead Moto Media and the Blockhead Garage are not responsible for arranging transportation, lodging, accommodation, shipping, or any other type of arrangement, before, during, or after any scheduled service, for any customer or motorcycle.

Dyno Tuning Disclaimer

Dyno Tuning tests are intended to be, and will be, at maximum performance and at wide-open throttle as required, thus applying stress similar to that which the vehicle would experience during operation on the track. The tests are therefore susceptible to the same risks as on the track, which may cause engine, power train, and/or tire/wheel failure or damage. 

As a condition of agreeing to service that includes dyno tuning and testing, the customer accepts any and all risks associated with running their vehicle on the dynamometer and represents that they know the condition of the vehicle and assures that it is in acceptable condition to run on the dynamometer. 

Therefore, the Blockhead Moto Garage and Blockhead Moto, LLC are released from any liability of any nature for damage or other losses which may be sustained as a result of the testing/tuning on the Dynojet Chassis Dynamometer.

Requirements for Dyno Tuning:

• Motorcycle must be in running condition (nothing needs repair)
• Motorcycle parts must be in tact
• Motorcycle battery must be charged
• Motorcycle must have a full tank of gas
• Current exhaust system must have 18mm 02 bungs 
• If it does not, an extra labor charge of $75 will be applied to insert adapters to be able to tune
• Motorcycle tires must be in good condition
