MERCH Return/Refund Policy:

Because your order is made specifically for you when you order it, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds. Your order is sent immediately to a printer and it is put in a queue. Therefore, we please ask that you double check your order before submitting it. 

If a mistake was made such as the wrong size or color was selected, contact us immediately via the contact page, let us know what to correct, and we will attempt to correct it before the items are created. 

The order is usually fulfilled 1-2 business days after being placed. If the order has already been fulfilled, there is unfortunately nothing we can do to stop this creation process. Again, please double check your order before submitting. 

If you would like to cancel your order, the same applies. Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order is already created and fulfilled, there is nothing we can do to stop the fulfillment process.

Damaged Items:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. Please contact us to submit a damaged item claim as soon as possible. If it is beyond the 4 week period after the product has been received, unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it.

My package wasn’t delivered:

For packages lost in transit, a claim must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact us to submit a lost package claim as soon as possible.

My package was delivered to the wrong address:

If an address is incorrectly entered at checkout by the customer, Blockhead Moto is not responsible for resending the order. It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the package.
