HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Because all orders are made specifically for you when you order it, please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled for shipping. Once you submit your order, our printing company takes care of the printing, quality check, and fulfillment process, so unfortunately it is out of our hands. Certain times of the year, like around the holidays, can see delays due to the volume of orders, so make sure to place your orders accordingly!

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

We ship both domestically in the US and worldwide! Shipping times depend on your location. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@blockheadmoto.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
