Merch Refund Policy

MERCH Policies:

Because your order is made specifically for you when you order it, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds. Your order is sent immediately to a printer and it is put in a queue. Therefore, we please ask that you double check your order before submitting it. 

If a mistake was made such as the wrong size or color was selected, contact us immediately via the contact page or at info@blockheadmoto.com, let us know what to correct, and we will attempt to correct it before the items are created. 

The order is usually fulfilled 1-2 business days after being placed. If the order has already been fulfilled, there is unfortunately nothing we can do to stop this creation process. Again, please double check your order before submitting. 

If you would like to cancel your order, the same applies. Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order is already created and fulfilled, there is nothing we can do to stop the fulfillment process.

PARTS Policies:

We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds on exhausts outside of the terms specified in the Warranty.
